I’m the Office Manager for the Tiona Petrouske State Farm team, and I bring nearly 10 years of insurance experience to my role, including almost seven years working with Tiona. I enjoy helping customers throughout Green Bay, Algoma, De Pere, New Franken, Allouez, and other Northeast Wisconsin communities understand their coverage and make informed decisions as life changes.
My conversations often involve Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Business Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and liability and umbrella coverage. I regularly work with customers after milestones such as a move, marriage, or new baby, as well as business owners getting started and households adding vehicles.
What I enjoy most is the opportunity to educate people. Insurance is not a one time conversation, so I like being a resource from the beginning and continuing to help as customers experience changes and return for annual reviews. I am licensed to assist customers in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Illinois.
Outside the office, life stays busy as a full time mom to four stepchildren and two fur babies. I am a big music fan and especially enjoy getting out to concerts around the area.

I’m a Customer Account Representative and have been part of the Tiona Petrouske State Farm team for almost five years. Much of my role is focused on the everyday service customers need after their coverage is already in place, from vehicle changes and billing questions to initial claim intake, follow up, and business audits.
Claims are one part of my work that I find especially meaningful. After a serious accident or significant loss at home, people may have a lot of questions about what happens next. I like being able to listen, slow the conversation down, explain the claims process, and help customers understand their next steps.
I work with customers throughout Green Bay, De Pere, Suamico, Pulaski, Abrams, and surrounding Northeast Wisconsin communities. I am licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance and also regularly help businesses work through their annual audit process.
When I’m away from work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two daughters, and our Australian Shepherd, who keeps our family plenty busy.

Green Bay has always been home for me. I grew up here, graduated from Green Bay West High School, and now work primarily from the Green Bay office as an Account Manager. I have been with the Tiona Petrouske State Farm team for about two and a half years.
I enjoy making insurance easier to understand. A lot of my day involves helping customers with billing, replacing vehicles, purchasing a new home, moving into a rental, or adding a teenage driver. Instead of making the conversation more complicated than it needs to be, I like breaking information down into everyday language and helping people understand what they are considering.
I am licensed in Auto, Home, Life, and Health Insurance and work with customers throughout Green Bay, Howard, Suamico, and surrounding Northeast Wisconsin communities. I am also familiar with the Seymour area through family connections.
Outside the office, I enjoy hiking, working on projects around the house, spending time with family, and finding unique local events like trivia nights and silent book clubs. I also have a two year old tuxedo cat named Nyx, who is exceptionally talented at finding things she should not be climbing, curtains included.

I’m a Financial Services Representative with the Tiona Petrouske State Farm team, helping customers with insurance and financial services. My background in insurance helps me support customers as their needs and goals change.
On the insurance side, I frequently help with Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, and Life Insurance. In my financial services role, I help customers explore financial services options and have conversations about their goals for the future. As circumstances change, I’m available to help customers revisit those goals and consider their options. Major life events such as marriage, a growing family, or a move often bring new questions, and I enjoy helping customers navigate those changes.
I hold insurance licenses for Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, and more. I work primarily from our Green Bay office and know Green Bay, Howard, Suamico, and the surrounding area well. Suamico is home for me, too.
One of my favorite parts of this role is the variety of people I meet. Customers have introduced me to worlds ranging from small business ownership to vintage car collecting, and I am always learning something new.

Ella Crowley
I’m a Customer Service Representative and have been part of the Tiona Petrouske State Farm team for about a year and a half. I was born and raised in Green Bay, which is also how I first became connected with Tiona and the agency.
I am often one of the people helping with the everyday questions that keep an account moving, including billing and payments, Drive Safe & Save®, general account needs, and getting customers connected with the right team member when they have a more specific insurance question. I enjoy making things easier for people, especially when they call or stop by without knowing exactly where to begin.
I help customers from Green Bay, De Pere, Howard, Suamico, Algoma, and surrounding Northeast Wisconsin communities. Even though I am currently attending college away from home, staying connected to the agency and the Green Bay community is important to me.
Outside work, I am studying Healthcare Business Administration at Carroll University in Waukesha. I am active in the American Marketing Association as Director of Sponsorships and Conferences and have placed first and third in marketing strategy competitions. When I have free time, I enjoy traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

Algoma is home for me in every sense of the word. I was born and raised here, and I love having the opportunity to work with customers from Algoma, Kewaunee, Luxemburg, Green Bay, De Pere, and other Northeast Wisconsin communities as part of the Tiona Petrouske State Farm team.
I help customers with Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Renters Insurance, and billing questions. Since joining the team, I have especially enjoyed meeting new customers, learning what brought them to our office, reviewing coverage, and helping make the insurance conversation easier to understand. I am licensed in Property and Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance.
When I’m not working, chances are I’m cheering from the sidelines. I am a mom of two boys, and their sports and activities keep me busy. I also enjoy traveling, photography, planting flowers, crafting, perch fishing, and finding new places to explore.
Our household includes two dogs at very different stages of life, one is still a puppy and the other is nine years old, so there is rarely a dull moment. I also enjoy staying connected with what is happening locally through the Algoma community.

Algoma is a community I am genuinely proud to call home, and I primarily work from our Algoma office as an Account Manager. I help customers from Algoma, Kewaunee, Luxemburg, Sturgeon Bay, Brussels, and surrounding communities with Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, billing, adding drivers, payments, and insurance reviews.
State Farm has also been part of my family story. I previously worked with my father, who is now a retired State Farm Agent, and that experience gave me an early understanding of the relationships that can develop between an insurance office and the families it serves.
I enjoy helping customers keep their information current as their households and vehicles change and being someone they recognize when they have a question. Living in Algoma makes that especially meaningful because I see firsthand how strongly this community supports its neighbors.
Outside the office, family is where I most enjoy spending my time. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Ted, and we have three children, Eliot, Madeline, and Charlie, along with two grandchildren, Evalynne and Banks. You will often find me cheering on the kids and grandkids at their sporting events, and I would not have it any other way.
